Dr. Alix Ward B.Sc., B.Chiro will be joining @ Ease Chiropractic in January 2013! She is set to start practice here on the 14th of January. She is bringing with her a few new techniques to the clinic including SOT and dry needling. Both will help compliment her manual adjusting therapy.
Dr. Alix is going to be taking over for Dr. Sue for a few months while Dr. Sue is off having her first bub in February!!! Dr. Sue will return around May 2013 and Dr. Alix will be remaining on upon her return.

Anti-Inflammatories, A Natural Alternative
Dr. James Meschino, my nutrition professor from CMCC explains the dangers of Ibuprofen (NSAID found in Advil, Nurofen, Heron Blue) and natural anti-inflammatory alternatives. These are especially beneficial for those suffering from long term chronic inflammation from things such as disc herniations, tendonitis (tendinosis), autoimmune diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis) etc.
